North Shore Yoga Beginner Series 2013

This 4 class series is designed for anyone new to yoga or just needing a refresher! This class will break down the sun salutations and will focus
on proper form and alignment in the fundamental postures of Hatha Yoga. Modifications for poses will also be explained. Instruction in proper breathing (ujayyi), sun salutations (surya namaskara), as well as fundamental standing and seated poses (asanas) will be emphasized.
